May be she escaped a controversial topic by giving a diplomatic answer. When she was asked about her views on co-judge Simon Cowell, she expressed, Oh he’s naughty, naughty, naughty!

Simon is a naughty guy for sure. This is reflected by his odd antics during the course of this competition. She further explained Simon’s personality by saying that he is funny man with a sharp brain. When she was queried on the first ever song written by her, she quoted, I was 22. It was bad. It was called Show Me. It was based on the fact that I was with a guy who didn’t want to emotionally commit, so I was saying, Show me what’s going on inside. Terrible. Ugh. This does not sound awful in any account. In fact this song can be counted as a beginning to her career, which at present is flourishing like the Chinese economy.

Kara says that a lot among her written songs have been inspired from her break ups. Talking further on this topic she said, In my twenties, I picked people who would create that dysfunction and drama, so I could draw upon it. With my boyfriend now, we don’t have that drama.
